              The cutting blade offers a long service life of at least 6 months under normal use. The blade can be rotated and used on all four edges, helping to reduce blade replacement costs and improve overall efficiency.

  Maintenance Instructions

  Proper maintenance helps extend machine lifespan and ensure stable performance.

  1. Hydraulic oil should be checked every 3 months.
     Check the oil level from the side indicator of the machine and refill when necessary.
     Use Hydraulic Oil No. 45 only.

  2. Recommended oil level: approximately 70% of the tank capacity.

  3. Refill hydraulic oil only when the machine has completely cooled down.

  4. Recommended working duration:
     Continuous operation of 6–8 hours, depending on usage conditions.

  5. Blade area adjustment:
     Adjust the blade bolts according to the steel bar size to ensure proper blade alignment and a tight fit with the machine.
